Belayr Resources is seeking an experienced Construction HSE Advisor to join our team on a Project near Murray Bridge, SA. This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and brings proven safety leadership within the renewable energy sector.
About the Role
* DIDO only – ideal for SA‑based candidates
* Shared onsite accommodation provided
* 3:1 roster
* Oversee day‑to‑day construction HSE requirements across electrical and installation activities
* Provide hands‑on coaching and safety leadership to supervisors and work crews
* Conduct audits, inspections, hazard identifications, incident investigations and WHS reporting
* Support the development and review of JHAs, SWMS, and other safety documentation
* Drive compliance with project HSE standards, procedures and legislative requirements
* Foster a strong, proactive safety culture across all work fronts
What You'll Need
* Proven HSE Advisor experience on renewable energy projects (BESS, solar, wind, battery storage, or similar) – mandatory
* Experience on construction, civil or infrastructure projects
* Minimum Cert IV WHS (Diploma highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles
* Ability to influence safety behaviours and build strong relationships on site
* Confident working autonomously and engaging with multiple stakeholders
* Strong reporting, communication and organisational skills
