About the role
As the New Vehicle Product Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers exploring our latest models. Your role is about creating excitement showcasing vehicle features and technology and guiding customers through their journey from the moment they step into the showroom to the time they drive away in their new car. Youll work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless process delivering an exceptional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers providing a premium showroom experience
Deliver in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations across our new vehicle range
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process helping them find the perfect fit
Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to support the sales journey and ensure seamless handovers
Stay up to date with the latest features technology and industry trends
What were looking for
Proven experience in customer service ideally within the automotive industry (preferred but not essential).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
