We’re seeking a driven and hands-on Business Development Manager to help establish and grow our client’s presence in the Queensland façade market. This is a practical, relationship-focused role, ideal for someone hungry to make an impact and build a pipeline from the ground up. What you’ll be doing: Building and managing a local network of developers, builders, architects, and consultants across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Identifying early project opportunities and supporting the estimating team with market insights. Representing the business at industry events, forums, and client meetings. Converting tenders into wins and contributing to long-term growth in QLD. What we’re looking for: Proven business development or sales experience in construction, façades, or a related industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Proactive, personable, and commercially focused with the drive to deliver results. Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the Sydney head office team.
