Business Development Manager
We're looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Commercial Banking division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in the Agribusiness industry, driving growth through acquisition and increasing share of wallet and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking products, including working capital financing, trade finance, cash management, and trade facilities. You will also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Manage a portfolio of Agribusiness customers using a customer-centric approach
* Collaborate with Product Partners and the credit team to structure deals
* Build valued relationships with operations teams to improve efficiencies and minimize non-lending losses
* Apply strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills to recommend credit proposals
* Manage compliance and assess new and existing transactions
* Meet QA and Audit compliance standards and address any issues raised in a timely manner
* Work closely with lending services to minimize provisions
* Demonstrate mastery of your specialization within the Commercial mid-market & specialist segment domains
* Stay up-to-date with agribusiness industry trends and market forces
