We are looking for a T-Master (Retail Supervisor) with experience in Retail or Hospitality operation. The right candidate preferably has a background in hospitality as well as business. We need a professional hospitality all-rounder to lead, inspire and motivate our T-Breweries team in Chatime Gateway. The role and responsibilities:
* Selecting, training and supervising T-Ristas (Staffs)
* Manage the operational and financial aspects of our shop
* Passionate about driving sales through ensure customer experience and satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations
* Assist with services if required
Essential requirements (must have):
* Successfully completed Management Qualification in hospitality and/or business (minimum equivalent to a Diploma of Management)
* Previous work experience in the hospitality/fast food industry – minimum 5 years
* Previous supervisory experience – minimum 2 years
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent English language skills
* Computer skills including point of sales systems
* Be able to provide suggestive sale skills
Desirable:
* Understanding about Tea products
* Experienced working at bubble tea shops
* Current working in the similar role is an advantage
* Long term commitment
This is fulltime role that will require some weekend work as ChaTime Gateway operates Monday to Sunday with varying hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
