1. Tertiary qualifications in GIS, surveying, or survey drafting.
2. Demonstrated ability in project team management, and understanding and knowledge of project delivery and project methodology.
3. Experienced in technical writing
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Knowledge and understanding of property related information systems and associated technologies.
6. Knowledge and understanding of coordinate systems and spatial concepts.
7. Demonstrated experience in supporting business process changes and in managing continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Proven experience in planning and managing work and workflows.
9. Willing to take a 3 month contract with possibility of extension
