**About the Company**:

**About the Role**:

- Facilitate the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to induction.
- Ensure completeness of onboarding forms and input into the system.
- Maintain and update confidential personnel records as needed.
- Process initial and final payrolls and verify accuracy.
- Handle Superannuation and TFN filings.
- Prepare ABA files for finance, validate bank details, and upload to ANZ.
- Conduct payroll checks before processing, comparing to previous month's movements.
- Register Paid Parental Leave and prepare separation certificates as necessary.
- Coordinate annual personnel record updates and EOY review spreadsheets.
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and manage timesheets.
- Stay informed about payroll and employee legislation in Fiji and NZ.
- Provide bank details to finance and update internal stakeholders on new employee information.
- Review awards and ensure contract compliance with National Employment Standards.
- Stay updated on staff pay and entitlements.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertising and payment of recruiter fees.
- Support the Chief of People, Process, and Systems Officer.
- Assist with the annual performance and remuneration review process, including salary benchmarking and maintaining the remuneration register.
- Contribute to quarterly reports for the board as needed.
- Support the selection, implementation, and management of integrated HR Management System/Platform.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and liaise with Systems Support on technical payroll issues.
- Perform WEGA reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience with large payrolls.
- Accounting Certificate preferred for finance-related tasks.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and openness to evolving roles and company dynamics.
- Experience with NetSuite/Infinet Cloud (MyPay) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
