About the role
You will be responsible for cleaning and presenting high-quality holiday homes and apartments to a professional standard between guest stays. This role is best suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and can work efficiently within tight turnaround times.
What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure our accommodation meets our guests' expectations
* Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Operations Manager
* Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
To be successful, you must have:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning roles
* Your own reliable vehicle to travel between properties (essential)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to work efficiently
* Availability across weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
* Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
