About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our operational teams, clients, and field staff. You\'ll ensure seamless mobilisation, communication, and compliance across all stages of project delivery. From managing logistics and documentation to liaising with stakeholders and ensuring smooth daily coordination, you'll help drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
* Liaise with clients, supervisors, and internal teams for planning and execution.
* Maintain and update project compliance documentation.
* Assist with identifying manning and equipment requirements for shuts.
* Schedule jobs - allocating resources and managing rosters.
* Budget and scope change management.
* Invoicing - ensuring all invoices are submitted on time.
* Monitor project milestones and maintain registers and reports.
* Ensure projects are as per contract and organise contract variations where required.
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years\' experience in a project coordination or site support role.
* Industry exposure in construction, mining, engineering, or industrial services (preferred).
* Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
* Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, or similar).
* A proactive, reliable attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Desirable Qualifications
* Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
* White Card and exposure to WHS procedures.
* Valid Driver\'s Licence.
