About the Role
Vandy's roofing PTY LTD is looking for an organised, reliable and upbeat junior admin assistant to join our fast-growing roofing company. This is a full-time role. You will be working in our office in South Windsor.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone and manage emails, work orders, and job paperwork professionally and promptly
* Working alongside other office staff
* Data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records
* Coordinate with roofing crews on scheduling, materials, and project updates
* Assisting with scheduling appointments
* Managing office supplies and general tidiness
* Performing ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude both on the phone and in person
* Strong organisational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Previous office admin or customer service experience (construction or trades experience is a plus)
* Experience with AroFlo or other trade software is preferred but not essential
