**Customer Success Manager | OneDigital**

This is a permanent full-time position based in our Melbourne office - Hybrid work optional

**In this role, you'll get to**
- Establish and nurture collaborative and constructive relationships with assigned divisions as the key point of contact
- Contribute to business planning activities including assessing and linking strategic goals and financial outcomes and balancing operational priorities
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer and Change Management teams to develop and deliver customer benefits
- Understand each Divisions respective customers to articulate how they can best leverage the Digital Ecosystem to improve their customer's experience and drive value for the Division and OnePass
- Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to provide ongoing reporting, analysis, and insights to the divisions, and demonstrate ecosystem value and gaps and opportunities

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- Sophisticated stakeholder management skills with ability to influence alignment between parties and understand trade offs
- Experience effectively using data and insights to support relationship and performance management
- An understanding of digital Ecosystem platforms and products
- Organisational savviness with ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities and navigate to solutions
- Ability to contribute toward clear business objectives that are aligned to the overall business strategy of Divisions and OnePass
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to variety of small and large audiences
- Ability to travel around metropolitan Melbourne to be part of weekly Divisional forums onsite

**It's a bonus, but not required, if you have**:

- An understanding of how agile digital departments work together
- Exposure to digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma
- Previous experience in account or relationship management
- A sense of humour to add to our existing squad or a hobby that you can engage the team to join you in Why not?
