This program is designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in corporate turnaround and insolvency. Our team works closely with corporates, financiers, and other key stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contributing to the trade-on and sale of distressed entities
* Supporting the preparation of and attending creditors meetings
* Assisting with conducting investigations into the demise of companies and compiling reports to regulatory bodies and creditors
* Liaising with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and lenders
* Developing financial models to inform reports such as financial due diligence and business reviews
* Working to optimize working capital and release additional cash in companies
* Supporting business transformation strategies of clients including process and reporting improvements

Requirements:
* Accounting or finance degree and interest in obtaining a CA qualification
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Some work or internship experience
* Empathy and respect: ability to understand and recognize clients' needs
