Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive
We are seeking a commercially astute professional to lead our Victorian initiative in the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties.
This role will see you building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key account clients
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
Required skills and qualifications:
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
