We are seeking an experienced HR Partner in mining, manufacturing or heavy industry who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a diverse and collaborative team of operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the business to provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations and change management.
Analyse and monitor workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in response.
Provide direct HR support to operational leaders, helping them manage their daily tasks and drive positive culture initiatives within their teams.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality services.
Actively collaborate with the broader HR team to drive the continuous improvement of our service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have
Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in human resources within mining or other related heavy industries.
Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with employees and management.
Skilled in using influence to gain buy-in and drive change.
Sound experience in Employee Relations, including interpreting and advising on Entreprise Agreements.
Skilled in applying logic and critical thinking to resolve workplace challenges.
Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday.
Valid C class driver's licence.
