Key Responsibilities

• Teamwork: You'll work alongside a variety of specialists, learning how different disciplines come together to deliver successful projects. With a wide variety of projects from land development to residential.
• Problem Solving: Tackle real challenges, think creatively and help shape practical solutions that improve project outcomes.
• Quality Focus: Learn how we meet industry standards and regulations while delivering work we're proud of.

Qualifications

• Available to start February 2027
• Recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
• Collaborative and enjoys problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Possessa strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting or construction environment highly desired
• Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
