The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate and commercially savvy Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing sponsor and exhibitor partnerships for conferences that drive long-term value for our clients and revenue growth for Arinex. You'll lead the charge in securing new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with strategic business goals across a diverse portfolio of events. This is a full-time position available in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and nurturing long-term sponsor and exhibitor relationships across multiple conferences
* Securing new commercial opportunities through strategic outreach and lead conversion
* Developing and implementing sales strategies, via content creation, database review and research for new conferences and repeat conferences to secure sponsorship revenue
* Managing the full lifecycle of sponsor and exhibitor accounts
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences
* Shaping compelling value propositions and partnership packages
* Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement of sponsorship and exhibition offerings
* Representing Arinex at client meetings and industry events
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting in the sponsorship CRM
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or account management (ideally in events, media, or professional services)
* Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage a dynamic sales pipeline
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
