Oil & Gas Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oil & Gas Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Perth.
This is a fixed term role working in support of the team in Darwin, providing leadership, direction and support for preparation and planning of maintenance activities through to implementation of shutdown and major maintenance activities.
* Coordinating major maintenance activities, confirming scope and developing work packs with detailed method statements incorporating inspection and test plans.
* Securing resources required to successfully complete scope and mobilizing vendors for execution.
* Creating and developing work permits before mobilizing resources to site.
* Coordination of engineering, drafting, fabrication and implementation vendors to ensure quality and time commitments are met.
* Continuous improvement and updates in SAP Master Data, task list development and updates, material cataloguing as well as BOM updates.
* Procuring materials and raising service orders to successfully execute work orders to strict QA/QC requirements.
* Communicating with key stakeholders, reviewing and updating electrical engineering drawings as required.
* Participating in workplace risk assessments for complex tasks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Excellent knowledge of relevant trade and/or discipline areas, with ability to provide guidance and expertise to others.
* Able to organize and coordinate resources in an operational environment.
* Knowledge of plant process, safety, integrity and maintenance processes.
* Ability to supervise or lead a team, including demonstrated safety leadership.
* Good computer skills in SAP, MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
* Experience with SAP system.
* Demonstrated safety leadership.
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate large volumes of work concurrently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with key stakeholders.
