We are a friendly team, dedicated to provide our clients with the best customer service and are looking for an organised and friendly support member for our growing team. We are a brokerage company who service a range of different clients in Grocery and Pharmacy.
This will be a mixed role, of being in the office and sometimes out in the field (field work will be paid at a higher rate). You will be working closely with us, supporting the merchandising manager and office team.
What you will do:
- Speaking to our lovely field team and assisting with questions
- Compiling reports and weekly timesheets for our field team
- Setting up interviews
- Assisting with training
- Processing and taking orders
- Assisting with team inductions
What you will need
- Polite and courteous phone manner
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Great customer service skills
- Keyboard and telephone skills
- Confidence and a willingness to learn
- A keen, can do attitude
- Strong work ethic and a team player
- Previous experience in grocery would be advantageous
- Drivers licence required.
This role is for approximately 25 hours per week working on Monday to Friday. Extra hours may be available as needed, and there is flexibility within the role.
