 * This position requires an Occupational Therapist to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality services to children and adults, their families, and professionals.
 * The successful candidate will complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, and evaluate reports within specified timeframes.
 * Key responsibilities include providing expert contemporary practice advice, participating in training programs, and contributing to policy initiatives.
 * Maintaining high-quality service records and building strong relationships with clients, parents, and stakeholders are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements:
 * A relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy is required.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills are necessary for success in this position.
 * An innovative approach to client service delivery and organisational improvement is highly valued.
 * The ability to demonstrate and encourage teamwork, build customer and stakeholder relationships, and maintain current AHPRA Registration and Yellow Card is essential.
Salary Information:
$90,000 - $100,000 per annum
