We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Events Manager to oversee bookings across both areas, liaise with clients, help manage restaurant reservations, and respond to online feedback—making every guest experience exceptional.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for organising and overseeing all events including weddings, social events and corporate events.
Drive events sales, meet budget and KPI targets.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Oversee final details of event set up and execution.
Lead, train and manage a small team of Front of House Staff, Duty Managers, Events Coordinator and Bookings Admin Assistant.
Maintain accurate booking systems, reports and communication with the kitchen and operations teams.
About you:
Previous experience in hospitality or events management (functions, weddings and restaurant operations).
Proven ability to manage sales targets and budgets.
Organised and comfortable leading a small team in a busy environment.
