Pay Rate: $57–$70 per hour (depending on roster) + Superannuation on all hours worked

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Gladstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals looking for long‑term work in a dynamic industrial environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing critical plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on tanks, pumps, washers, and other plant equipment
* Support the operation and upkeep of fixed plant machinery
What We're Looking For
* Cert III in Mechanical or related discipline
* Forklift, Rigger, and Dogger tickets (highly desirable)
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments
* Strong safety focus, proactive attitude, and a solid work ethic
