Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements related to loyalty program systems.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to support solution design.
- Partner with technical teams and vendors to deliver enhancements and integrations.
- Support testing, change management, and implementation activities to ensure project success.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement systems.
- Hands-on experience with loyalty program management platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a keen focus on process improvement and user experience.
