APS3 Participant Support Officer
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of Australians with disabilities? We are seeking dedicated and motivated APS3 Participant Support Officers to join our team.
Hourly Rate: $37.36 + Super
Contract Length: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension
Full-Time Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Horsham
Start Date: ASAP, pending clearances
Australian Citizenship is required
Key Responsibilities
- Providing frontline customer service to participants
- Supporting administrative processes and data entry
- Engaging with participants, their families, and support networks
- Ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures
- Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Experience in administration or customer service (government experience advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-focused environment
- Adaptability, empathy, and a professional attitude
Eligibility Requirements
Australian Citizenship is required
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including:
- National Criminal History Records Check
