IT Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in on-premise servers, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft O365 environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Server Administration: Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premise servers and Azure cloud services to ensure high availability and performance.
* O365 Management: Manage O365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments, ensuring seamless collaboration and data management.
* User Support: Provide technical support to a user base of 250, ensuring uptime, backups, and security measures are in place.
* Network Operations: Assist in network operations including LAN/WAN configuration, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure and efficient network connectivity.
* Troubleshooting and System Maintenance: Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and best practices.
* Documentation and Project Support: Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for IT projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Requirements:
* Experience: Three or more years of experience in Systems or Network Administration, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies.
* Technical Skills: A deep understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs), Windows Server environments, and Azure cloud services.
* Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Additional Requirements: A current driver's license and own vehicle for travel (North Gold Coast).
