Centre Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centre Manager to lead our team in the operational management of a busy workshop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production management, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations. This includes comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicle repair processes.
* Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional interactions.
