About the role
We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to be part of our Forensic Accounting Unit, State Crime Command. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and customer support services to staff and other team members to enable the efficient operation of the command/business unit.
This role is an ideal entry point for accounting graduates or detail‐driven individuals eager to explore the world of forensic accounting. You'll work closely with forensic accountants, supporting investigations through bank‐data conversion to Excel, accurate data entry, and a range of essential administrative tasks that keep complex matters moving. Every day offers variety, exposure to real forensic workflows, and the chance to build skills that are highly valued across the profession. Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this role, you must meet one of the following statuses:

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $75,728 to $82,329 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
