What you'll be doing
The Department of Gynaecological Oncology is a centralised specialist service, one of only 6 designated public gynaecological cancer services in NSW. It is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, nurses, allied health professionals and researchers. It provides specialist care in the treatment of gynaecological cancers, pre-malignant conditions, suspicious pelvic masses as well as planned and emergency management of benign gynaecological and obstetric conditions where more complex surgery is required. Patients have access to the combined radiation and medical oncology services for complex chemotherapy/ immunotherapy and/or radiation therapy regimes, the Familial Cancer Services where indicated, as well as an extensive range of clinical trials and translational research studies.

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Degree qualification in science, allied health, clinical data management, registered nurse or equivalent other experience.
Selection Criteria:
1. Degree qualification in science, allied health, clinical data management, registered nurse or equivalent other experience
2. Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain data management whilst ensuring data integrity and data quality
3. Demonstrated high-level experience using hospital information technology systems, and advanced skills in database development.
4. Good knowledge and understanding of the processes around research and clinical trials
5. Knowledge of medical terminology, especially in the area of oncology and gynaecology
6. Demonstrated excellent time management skills and attention to detail
7. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
