Seasonal Casual Sales Associate (Kotara)
Pandora is fast approaching the busiest time of year and we are seeking results-driven, target-focused Sales Associates to join our store teams on a fixed-term contract.
The role is to act as a brand ambassador, linking our products with customers, driving sales and delivering excellent customer service while representing Pandora’s brand values.
Key Dates and Availability
- Fixed term contracts start from 27 October 2025 until 11 January 2026
- Contracts include weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Applicants should have availability during these given dates
What To Expect From The Role
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
- Build rapport with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach to individuals’ loves and needs
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
- Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
- Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment
- Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges

- Passionate and motivated team players who express their individuality and share ideas about styling Pandora jewellery with customers
- A natural ability to identify opportunities to achieve and over-achieve sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where stores are often busy
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills; comfortable engaging with customers in a natural, open way
Application Process
To be considered for the role, you will be required to complete a 15-minute questionnaire as part of our assessment, and interviews will be conducted between 16 September 2025 and 23 September 2025.
