We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our dynamic team as a B2B Onboarding Specialist.
This role will be responsible for ownership of defined customer on-boarding process and implementing process improvements. As a key member of our B2B operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer onboarding processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing key B2B processes, including data validation, upload processes, retro transfers, contested sites, tracking of onboarding dashboards, and vacant consumption sites, and transfers.
* Accurate set up of new customer records, including tariff checks, product checks, credit checks, customer special requirements, and issuing of welcome packs.
* Lodgement of meter and site alterations work, both prompted by electricians and prompted by customers.
* Collation of associated paperwork that may be required for solar customers, including correspondence with channel partners and solar panel installers.
* Initiating customer NMI discovery and standard customer Transfers.
* Updating customer status in CRM and associated customer tracking systems.
You will be successful in this role if you possess:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Proven analytical and process-focused skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
* Demonstrated experience with CRM software, general IT skills, and proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
* Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic and growing business with a strong interest in renewable energy.
