About the opportunity:
Are you a passionate and innovative Sous Chef ready to make your mark? We're looking for someone who can produce exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards and growing their skills in a supportive and collaborative team.
A Day in the Life:
As our Sous Chef, you'll oversee the kitchen brigade and manage the team in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine. Your team-first philosophy and can-do attitude will set the standard for excellence in our kitchen. You'll also encourage your team to showcase their flair and heritage, ensuring continuous growth and creativity.
What You'll Need:
* Experience in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment
* Exposure to fine dining is essential
* Sound culinary knowledge
* A creative and innovative mindset
* A desire to further develop your skills
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
* Full working rights in Australia
