The Secretary will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Your day will include managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with patient and staff communication.

What you will bring to the role
* Demonstrated administrative experience
* Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated high-level organisational skills with an ability to effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated experience in clinical letter management e.g. check and format letters
* Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to carry out a variety of complex functions that require sound judgement and flexibility and the ability to work autonomously
* Ability to work in a team
* Demonstrated skills and experience in a variety of databases and demonstrated typing skills
