We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic role within a supportive environment that values growth, collaboration and excellence.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a residential property portfolio with a strong focus on client satisfaction
* Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner
* Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and prepare detailed reports
* Manage leasing processes, including open homes and tenant selection
* Arrears management and lease renewals
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
* General administrative tasks associated with portfolio management
About You
* Previous experience in property management
* Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Current driver’s licence
* Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence
* Available to work occasional Saturdays on a rotating roster (approximately one in every 6–8 weeks).
