About Us:

PTC Phone Tech & Comm are the market leader in all things Mobile & Tech! Established in 2009 and still family owned to this day our specialty is Phone Accessories and Express Phone repairs. With a vision for the future and continuing to expand our brand and product range we have over 80 stores and no plans to slow down. Our product range consists of high-quality mobile phone cases, a wide selection of phone screen protection, individually selected repair parts and accessories backed by our exceptionable and friendly customer service. We also offer IOT devices & Smart Tech for the home and workplace!

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will:

* Drive sales growth and exceed KPI targets
* Lead daily trade with a strong focus on conversion and attachment
* Coach and develop team members to lift individual performance
* Analyse store results and implement strategies to improve outcomes
* Maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards
* Take full accountability for store performance when required

You will play a key role in creating a positive, results-driven environment where both customers and team members thrive.

Who You Are: We are seeking a confident, competitive and goal-orientated retail leader who brings:

* Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership capability in a fast-paced retail environment
* The ability to coach underperformance and elevate high performers
* Commercial acumen and confidence interpreting sales data
* Resilience, drive and a proactive mindset
* Availability to work a flexible retail roster, including weekends

Experience in telecommunications, consumer electronics or technical retail is advantageous but not essential.

A quick heads-up: This retail role includes some physical work on the floor — like lifting stock or moving displays (up to 25kg).
