**About You**:
- 3+ years in disability services.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer, finance, and compliance skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about human rights and positive change.
- Empathetic and understanding of diverse experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills; adept at working with customers and carers.
- Willing to meet regulatory requirements i.e NDIS Worker Screening Check
