Location: Central Coast NSW
Base Rate: $47.35/hr + 25% casual loading + super
Overtime & Weekend: Paid at double time of the base rate ($94.70/hr)
Are you a skilled Maintenance Fitter looking for casual opportunities on the Central Coast?
Trade Sphere Group is seeking experienced Mechanical Trades to support casual maintenance shifts and project work across leading local manufacturing sites.
Working alongside our Area Manager, you will provide reliable shift and project support while building specialist skills across a range of food and beverage production environments.

Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in food and beverage manufacturing
* Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair capability
* Pneumatics and hydraulics experience (preferred)
* General fabrication skills
* Welding capability (Stick, TIG or MIG preferred)
* Restricted electrical connect/disconnect licence (preferred)
* Australian-recognised trade qualification
* Full Australian working rights at time of application
* Current driver’s licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving ability
* Reliable and adaptable approach
* High attention to detail and initiative
