Your day-to-day will include:Managing engineering documentation and project planningOverseeing site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standardsCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders including councils and consultantsPromoting sustainability using environmental, social and economic measuresMonitoring budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure effective deliveryLeading site meetings and providing clear, concise project updatesPreparing cost estimates, claims, and detailed reports for leadership reviewDemonstrating and encouraging responsible safe work practices, following HSE policies and procedures, and continually looking for improvement opportunitiesDriving continuous improvement and problem-solving across all phases of constructionWhat You Bring (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringMinimum 2 years' experience in civil construction, ideally with subdivision experienceStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and ProjectExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven leadership and decision-making capabilitiesOH&S; White Card and a valid Victorian driver's licenceWhat's In It For YouCompetitive salary packageSupportive, family-first culture that values your wellbeing and growthOngoing training and development tailored to your career goalsThe chance to work on landmark projects that will shape Victoria for generationsReady to take the next step?
