About the role We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Leading Hand to support our on-site Supervisor in managing small teams during the construction of large-scale silo projects.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for candidates with practical experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or rural/agricultural builds.
Main Responsibilities (must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume) Directly manage a crew of up to 5 team members.
Safely and efficiently assemble large silos in remote/regional locations Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation Work on a 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off roster Enjoy paid travel, accommodation, and daily meal allowances Requirements Education / Experience / Skills Experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or rural/ag infrastructure Prior team-leading or 2IC experience (preferred) Good communication and basic documentation skills Physically fit and comfortable with remote/regional work White Card and Driver's Licence required Forklift, EWP, or Rigging tickets highly desirable Application Agribusiness Recruitment Pty Ltd thanks all applicants.
