Salary: $100,784 - $105,350 + Super + Salary Packaging
Responsibilities
* Conduct psychosocial assessments, implement tailored evidence-informed interventions for each individual child’s needs, and support reunification plans based on evidence-informed models.
* Provide both psycho-education and practical assistance to children, families, and carers.
* Coordinate services and support networks, using an ecological framework.
* Facilitate social learning, community connectedness, good health, and wellbeing.
* Full time, temporary backfill opportunity until 16 April 2027.
* Level 5 under the SCHCADS award.
* Open to all suitably experienced internal candidates.
