**About the role**
We are seeking two dedicated Connected Learning Centre Support Officers to ensure the smooth delivery of our teaching and learning programs. We have the following positions on offer:
- Permanent part-time, 14 hours per week
- Permanent part-time, 21 hours per week
This role requires flexibility, including the ability to work nights and weekends as per course schedules.
**About You**
Your exceptional customer service skills and proactive attitude will be key in supporting our students and ensuring the smooth operation of the campus. In this supportive environment, you'll contribute to both virtual and face-to-face learning. With strong time management, tech-savviness, and problem-solving abilities, you'll handle daily priorities and help our community thrive. This role requires strong autonomy, with self-motivation and drive being key to your success as you work independently at this campus.
