What will your role be?
As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and operational efficiency of the supply chain function. The role focuses on delivering robust financial analysis, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving cost and inventory optimization initiatives.
This role reports into the Head of Supply Finance and is part of a well-established team to help support Diageo's future growth.
What does this role look like for you?
Completion of in-depth analysis and commentary on monthly logistics and warehousing costs
Coordination with the Tax Compliance team to ensure customs and excise controls and processes are adhered to
Assistance with liaising with the ATO on customs and excise matters
Completion of in-depth analysis of obsolete and slow-moving inventory, including commentary and a comprehensive suite of reports
Development of Power BI reporting for logistics and inventory performance
Driving inventory optimization initiatives
Process mapping of various export lanes to identify optimization opportunities
Coordination with shared service functions to ensure cost center owners have full visibility of financial forecast details
Assistance with the rollout and testing of internal financial controls across all supply chain areas
What will you bring to the table?
CIMA or CPA qualified
A demonstrated ability in supply chain finance ideally within the FMCG space
Advanced SAP and Excel skills to manage large data sets, and translate complex numbers into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Experience in Power BI development will be highly desirable to support data driven decision making.
Proactive, self-starter approach with the ability to work autonomously while handling multiple priorities
