Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the execution and performance of assigned OEM and capital delivery projects, ensuring alignment with decarbonisation milestones.
2. Provide strategic direction and program oversight across multiple delivery portfolios, integrating schedules, budgets, and resources to drive optimal outcomes.
3. Act as the principal representative in all contractual matters, holding OEMs accountable for scope, safety, schedule, and cost performance.
4. Maintain robust governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and compliance across all delivery programs.
5. Drive OEM performance and value creation through structured KPIs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Build and sustain strong relationships with OEMs, project leaders, and internal stakeholders across Decarb, Asset Management, Operations, Autonomy, and Procurement.
7. Provide executive-level reporting to Steering Committees and leadership forums, translating complex delivery performance into actionable insights.
