Job Description
* Support the preparation and delivery of client reports, including performance, portfolio valuation, trading activity, and risk metrics
* Analyse portfolio data and contribute to performance attribution and investment insights
* Provide timely market and portfolio data to support client servicing and internal stakeholdersAssist with automation and enhancement of reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Respond to ad-hoc client and internal requests, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of information
* Collaborate with Account Managers to support client relationships and service delivery for institutional investors (e.g. super funds, insurers, asset owners)
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
* Conduct research on macroeconomic trends and fixed income markets to support investment discussions and client communications
* Build strong technical skills in Excel, data analysis, and financial tools, alongside developing effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
The Successful Applicant
* Strong fixed income & macro knowledge (e.g. interest rates, bonds, markets)
* Advanced Excel & data skills (reporting, analysis; VBA a plus)
* Analytical & detail-oriented mindset
* Ability to prepare and interpret portfolio reports
* Good communication skills (client-facing support)
* Interest in financial markets & investing
* Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environments
* Team-oriented with high integrity and accountability
