He is opening up a new office and needs help setting up systems and managing his new office
**The Position**
In the role of Executive Assistant / Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up a new office
- Managing the office
- Trust Accounting
- Preparation of real estate contracts
- Staff Management
- Putting together appraisals and listing presentations
- Diary management
- Organisation of events
- Liaising with our various contractors
- Eventually move into a Business Manager role

- Qld certificate
- A professional demeanour and first-class communication skills
- Someone with the confidence and backbone to motivate a team and keep them on track.
- You will be a true backend support person who thrives working behind the scenes.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile - you must be a team player
- Creativity and an injection of personality and the ability to be a self-motivator, be consistent and can prioritise.
- Previous experience in a residential sales admin background
