Part-Time Admin & Project Support (Building Industry)
Leighton Design & Construct is a growing residential building business with several new projects commencing in the new year. We are seeking an experienced part-time Admin & Project Support person to join our team.
This role is primarily home-based, with flexible hours within school hours. Ideally, the successful candidate will have some availability each weekday to check emails and follow up key items. Occasional local errands or site visits may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Following up trades and suppliers regarding quotes, orders and scheduling
* Managing client enquiries, updates and follow-ups
* Handling emails, phone calls and general project paperwork
* Supporting the builder with day-to-day project administration
About You:
* Experience in a property, building or trades-based business (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident dealing with trades, suppliers and clients
* Able to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks
Role Details:
* Part-time role

* Home-based with minimal site/errand requirements
* Start mid-January
