About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Internal Salesperson will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our valued customers receive top-notch service and solutions tailored to their unique needs. You'll also provide vital support to our branch team in managing various operational and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Assist customers via various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution and an exceptional experience.
* Coordinate with the branch team for order processing, quotes, tender responses, and administrative tasks.
* Identify customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering sales growth.
* Complete operational tasks for smooth day-to-day branch operations.
About You
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
