The Opportunity
We're looking for a Graphic Designer (mid-senior) who brings more than just execution to the table - someone who thinks strategically, designs with intent, and isn't afraid to challenge what a fitness brand can look and feel like. You'll play a key role in evolving the Revo visual identity across digital, print, activations, and beyond. From brand campaigns, digital creative to social content and environmental design, you'll work across the full creative spectrum - bringing a considered, consistent point of view to every touchpoint. Working closely with the Head of Creative, wider marketing team, and key internal and external stakeholders, you'll help drive the brand's visual identity in unexpected ways.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Visual Identity
* Lead design across social, digital, print, OOH, event, and in-club environments, holding a high bar for craft and consistency
* Evolve and apply the Revo visual identity across all touchpoints with a consistent, considered point of view
* Design signage, environmental graphics, in-club materials, EDMs, blogs, and campaign collateral across new and existing clubs
* Own and evolve the Revo brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all outputs including signage, decks, reports, and internal communication
Campaign Execution
* Drive creative execution across multiple touchpoints — EDMs, digital, OOH, and in-gym, adapting intelligently for each format
* Lead visual campaign work from brief through to final delivery across all media types
* Lead briefs and reviews with agency partners, providing design‐informed feedback that keeps work on‐brand and on‐brief
* Liaise with the marketing agency and assist in the vision and execution of campaign strategy
Animation, Video & Photography
* Concept, direct, shoot, and edit photography and video content in line with brand creative direction
* Produce animation for digital creative assets, from simple transitions to considered, brand‐led motion, integrating seamlessly with video and social content
Essential Skills and Experience
* 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a design or marketing team, with a strong portfolio spanning digital, animation, and print
* Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to execution across multiple channels and formats
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — with experience in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
* Ability to concept and deliver animation that adds depth and energy to the brand, from simple transitions to considered, brand‐led motion
* Confident shooting and editing photography and video for digital use, with the ability to integrate animation into content seamlessly
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles with a keen eye for brand consistency
* Proficient in Figma or similar, with a solid grasp of UX principles, UI design, and developer handoff
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
* A genuine love for design and a drive to bring bold, compelling ideas to life
