COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join one of the industry's most highly regarded offices, responsible principally to assist with the management of a well established and maintained Commercial/Industrial portfolio.
This is a fast paced and busy role in an excellent working environment with the benefit of experienced support assistance.

Duties & responsibilities (including but not limited to)
* Meticulous management of well maintained portfolio
* Ability to identify and convert opportunities into managements
* Property Inspections
* Leasing opportunity also available with incentive
* Proactive Lessor & Lessee liaison
* Processing rent reviews and increases
* Contract and arrears management
* Repairs & maintenance scheduling
* Working in harmony with a professional proactive team
* Provide 6 star customer service
* Maintaining market pricing knowledge and changes to legislation affecting your area of responsibility
* Create business opportunities
* Adhere to Industry compliance & auditing
* No general trust accounting is required
Your application will be assisted if you have the following:
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Evidence of previous commercial portfolio management experience
* Your own vehicle & a valid drivers license
* Proficient knowledge of property management and database software
The successful applicant will need
* Strong communication skills including meticulous follow up and keeping clients informed of circumstance
* Well groomed presentation, pleasant manner, proactive approach & punctual
* Works competently and well under pressure
* Impeccable communication, both written and verbal skills
* Great organisational and time management skill (including ability to prioritise)
* Ability to competently deal with conflict resolution whilst demonstrating diplomacy
* Exemplifies confidence including competent legislative understanding
* Self confidence and motivation

Work hours
The successful applicant is required to work for 5 days per week (Monday to Friday only).
