Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of Hospital Assistants in Cleaning, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our hospital site at Waratah.
Our service solutions encompass Catering, Retail, Facilities Management, Environmental and Cleaning Services, Materials Management, Security and Helpdesk. As a leading provider of non-medical services, we play a vital role in ensuring Australia's healthcare facilities remain in top condition.
A successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on safety and quality. They will be able to demonstrate:
* Management/supervisory experience
* Ability to meet strict business compliance and reporting requirements
* Effective staff management and rostering to achieve consistent high-quality output
* Competent financial reporting and cost management skills
* Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Strong focus on customer service
* High level communication and time management skills
* Strong commitment and understanding of WHS requirements
