We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations across two stunning sites set within acres of tranquil, natural surroundings in Noosa.

About the Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team of approximately 10 maintenance and grounds staff across two NoosaCare sites. This is a varied, hands-on role with an important administrative and compliance component.
You will be responsible for ensuring all buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and grounds are safe, well maintained, and compliant with legislative, accreditation, and WHS requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes that support residents, staff, and visitors.
This role suits a practical leader who enjoys being on the tools when needed, while also confidently managing planning, reporting, systems, and compliance.
About You
You will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and organisational skills, including:
* A relevant trade qualification
* Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management (aged care, healthcare, or similar environments highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating a multi-site team
* Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Sound knowledge of asset management and preventative maintenance programs
* A professional, respectful approach when working in environments with vulnerable people
* Competency using maintenance management systems, work order platforms, and basic IT systems
* Demonstrated understanding of WHS and legislative compliance requirements
* Willingness to respond to after-hours or emergency maintenance issues when required
* Current driver's licence
