About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our guests. This is a fast‐paced job where being able to multi‐task and manage your time is essential.
Availability Requirements
The successful candidate should have flexible availability (including overnight shift) but be willing to commit to the following core hours each week.
* Saturday: 4:00am – 10:00am
* Sunday: 4:00am – 10:00am

* Provide outstanding customer service.
* Work comfortably alone or within a team.
* Be on your feet for long periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
* Work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
* Learn and promote our wide range of products and specials.

The successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights and provide a current police clearance certificate.
